About us

The story behind Weddigo

Weddigo was born out of a real wedding. Planning our own, we were quoted per-guest prices for RSVP collection and discovered that the existing services push guests through clunky forms, QR scans and apps nobody wants to install. So we built the system we wished we could buy — and decided to open it to every couple.

Who is behind it

Weddigo is an independent Israeli venture founded in 2026 by Liad and Noa — a couple getting married themselves in September 2026. We built the platform first for our own wedding, and it genuinely runs it: the invitations, the RSVPs, the seating chart, the budget and the guests' photo album. Every feature is tested on us first.

What we believe

  • WhatsApp first. Guests live on WhatsApp, so that is where the RSVP happens — one tap, through the official WhatsApp Business API.
  • No app, no QR. Every guest gets a personal link; the invitation, the RSVP and the album open straight in the phone's browser.
  • Your numbers, live. A real-time dashboard instead of spreadsheets and phone calls — and no per-record pricing.
  • Privacy by default. Guest files are stored in EU cloud storage, removal requests are honored immediately, and your guest list is used for your event and nothing else.

The product today

One system for the whole journey: a personal digital invitation for every guest, WhatsApp or SMS RSVPs with headcounts and meal preferences, reminders only to those who have not answered, seating charts, budget tracking, a planning checklist and live statistics — plus Snapigo, the shared photo album where guests upload their photos from the evening and you download the originals.
