Drag onto tables
Drag a guest from the list to a table, move and rotate tables, with undo and redo for every step.
A seating chart that knows who is really coming: draw the venue, drag guests onto tables or let the system seat them by group, and print a map for the reception. Every cancellation and addition updates itself.
Weddigo's seating chart is a digital venue map connected to the RSVPs. You add round, rectangular or long banquet tables with 1 to 100 seats, place the stage, bar, dance floor and DJ booth, and drag guests onto tables — or run auto-seating, which groups by tag and side and never splits a family. Each guest's seats follow the headcount they confirmed, the map exports to Excel, an image or a print page, and every guest who confirmed sees their table number on their personal link.
Round, rectangular or banquet tables, seats per table — plus stage, bar, dance floor and doors so the map looks like the room.
Drag guests onto tables, or let auto-seating group by tag and side. Anyone who doesn't fit comes back with a reason.
A map for the reception, a list by table, Excel — and every guest sees their own table on their personal link.

Three table shapes, 1 to 100 seats each, and a reserve table for last-minute additions.
Groups by tag (army friends, the family from the north) and by side, and never splits a family across tables.
Auto-seating takes only confirmed guests, and each guest's seats follow the headcount they confirmed.
Stage, bar, dance floor, DJ booth, walls and doors — so you can see who sits by the speaker.
Search a name and their table lights up on the map.
A print page with the map, confirmed guests not yet seated and a meal summary; export to Excel and an image.
Every confirmed guest sees their table number on their personal link, and large on the day-of page.
In Weddigo you draw the venue — round, rectangular or banquet tables and areas like the stage and dance floor — and drag guests onto tables, or run auto-seating, which groups by tag and side. The map is connected to the RSVPs, so cancellations and additions update it by themselves.
No. Auto-seating never splits a family, groups by the guest's first tag and then by side, and anyone who doesn't fit comes back with the reason — no table with enough free seats, a side conflict, or a reserve table needed. Splitting by hand, say for a kids' table, is always possible.
Every guest who confirmed sees their table number on their personal link, and on the wedding day it shows in large type on the day-of page — no hunting through a list at the entrance.
Yes. There is a print page with the venue map, confirmed guests not yet seated and a meal summary, and you can export the seating to Excel and the map to an image.
