Yes. Upload an Excel file with names and phone numbers and the import wizard maps the columns automatically. You can also add and edit guests by hand at any point.
The dashboard shows at any moment who confirmed, who declined and who still hasn't answered. Reminders go only to those who haven't replied — nobody who already confirmed gets a redundant message.
Yes. The RSVP form includes a meal choice — meat, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free — and the system totals the quantities automatically, ready to close with the caterer.
